You will not be permitted to set up your booth until we have a contract and Germain Arena's Rules & Regulations signed and on file with us.
Please remember that setup is any time between 6:30AM and 9:30AM. Your booth or exhibit area must be completely set up by 9:30AM. You will be directed to your exhibit area when you arrive.
· Germain Arena does not allow any helium balloons indoors or outdoors on their property
· Germain Arena has sole rights to all food and beverages sales through their concession stands. There are no food, beverage or candy sales or giveaways allowed by indoor or outdoor exhibitors.
· If your exhibit area is on the Arena Floor (booths that begin with "F") please wear warm shoes and bring a jacket. The floor will be covered but it is an ice skating rink below and may be cold.
· Are you participating in our Exhibitor Giveaway Program at the Expo?
We have a number of non-profit Ministries and Organizations that have been pre-selling $1.00 (suggested donation) raffle tickets. These tickets act as invitations to the show and these organizations will also be selling tickets to visitors at the show and keeping 100% of the proceeds as donations.
All for-profit business exhibitors are encouraged to offer a prize of at least $100 in value. This program is voluntary and those that participate will be provided a collection box that they can stick their own prize flyer on.
Visitors will be stopping by every booth to see what everyone is giving away and decide which prize they want a chance to win. They would then fill out their information and drop their stub in your box.
Towards the end of the show we will be making the rounds and having each participating exhibitor choose a winner from their collection box. We will post the winners on our website and you each participating exhibitor will be responsible to get their prize to the winner.
We will then take a couple of days to compile ALL the entries which we will put in a spreadsheet and share, on disk, with every participating exhibitor. This list will be a HUGE lead list for you to follow up with by phone, email or direct mail.
Simply bring a small flyer with you to the show and we'll provide you with one of our collection boxes. Thank you for your participation and for helping to provide donations to these non-profit organzations!
